Homeschool Hockey Program

HDC San Diego offers hockey training for homeschool students that are affiliated with our partner schools (non-sectarian public, charter, and private).

Looking for an alternative to traditional PE that keeps your player active, engaged, and improving their hockey game? Our Homeschool Hockey Program offers semi-private sessions designed for players of all skill levels.

Course Description

Whether your child is just starting out or looking to gain an edge during the season, these courses provide a structured and fun way to meet physical education requirements while building athleticism and hockey skills.

Each one-hour session includes 30 minutes of off-ice athletic development — focusing on speed, agility, coordination, and stability — followed by 30 minutes of hockey-specific skill work on the skatemill, in the shooting lanes, and with puck control drills.
