Skating Development Classes

Take your game to the next level with our high-impact Skating Development Classes! Each session combines targeted skatemill training to improve stride, speed, and mechanics with gym workouts focused on building lower body strength and power.

CLASS TYPES

STRIDE (Beginner / Intermediate)

Stride Mechanics - Edge Work - Balance and Posture - Skating Technique - Arm Positioning

SPEED (Advanced)

Acceleration - Explosiveness - Power

*Previous skatemill experience and/or trainer approval is required.
